Semantic Typing (recorded interview)
Full refund at any time before our expert begins analyzing your recording. Once the analysis has started or your result has been delivered, no refund is possible: the expert’s individual work has already been performed.
Live Sessions (Expert Guidance, Live Typing Interview)
Full refund if you cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled session. Free rescheduling up to 48 hours before the session. Once the session has taken place, no refund is possible: the expert’s time and individual work have already been delivered.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@coretypes.com with the subject line “Refund.”
- Include the email address you used at checkout and the product name. You don’t have to give a reason, but brief feedback helps us make the product better.
- We’ll confirm your refund within 5 business days.
- Funds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 banking days (exact timing depends on your bank and payment provider). You can also request a refund directly through Whop — the payment platform used at checkout.
Chargebacks
If something went wrong, please contact us first. We resolve virtually every issue faster and with less hassle than a bank dispute. Note: the charge on your card statement appears under the name of Whop, our payment platform — if you don’t recognize a charge, please check your Whop purchases or contact us before disputing it with your bank.
