This Policy explains what data CoreTypes (coretypes.com) collects, why we collect it, and what rights you have. The data controller is PE Tarasov Oleksii (sole proprietor, Ukraine), the operator of the Site. We collect only the minimum data needed to run the service, and we never sell personal data to third parties.

Data you provide directly:
- Email and name — when purchasing products or contacting support;
- Your test answers — to calculate your result;
- The content of messages you send through our contact form;
- Audio and video recordings — only if you order semantic typing and voluntarily submit a recording.
Data collected automatically:
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, language;
- Usage data: pages visited, referral source;
- Cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
Payment data:
Payments are processed by 2Checkout (Verifone), acting as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, under its own privacy policy. We never receive or store your card numbers — we only see the payment status, amount, and payer’s email.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Delivering test results and purchased products;
- Providing typing services and consultations;
- Responding to support requests;
- Improving the Site based on anonymized analytics;
- Sending service emails (purchase links, confirmations);
- Meeting legal obligations.
We send marketing emails only with your explicit consent, and you can unsubscribe with one click in any email.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
We process data on the following bases: performance of a contract (delivering purchased products and services), your consent (newsletters, processing of recordings), legitimate interests (security, analytics, and service improvement), and legal obligations.
5. Who We Share Data With
We share data only with service providers essential to running the Site: our payment partner 2Checkout (Verifone), our hosting provider, email delivery services, the session booking service, and analytics services. All of them process data under our instructions and their own privacy policies. We may disclose data where required by law.
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
6. Typing Recordings
Recordings submitted for semantic typing are used exclusively to analyze your type. Only the expert performing the analysis has access to them. At your request, your recording will be deleted once the work is complete.
7. Data Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes it was collected for: purchase records — for the periods required by tax and accounting law; support correspondence — up to 2 years; typing recordings — until the service is complete plus a reasonable period for follow-up questions, or until you request deletion.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to: request a copy of your data; correct inaccurate data; have your data deleted (the “right to be forgotten”); restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; receive your data in a portable format; and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email support@coretypes.com — we respond within 30 days.
9. Children
The Site is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact support@coretypes.com and we will delete it.
10. International Data Transfers
Our service providers may be located in different countries. When transferring data, we rely on safeguards provided by applicable law, including standard contractual clauses.
11. Security
We use encryption (HTTPS), access controls, and trusted providers. That said, no method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure — we cannot guarantee absolute protection, but we take every reasonable measure to provide it.
